Disappointing customer service! Waited 3 months for furniture that I thought had been ordered only to discover that the order was never placed. Waiting another 2 weeks after working with the company (multiple emails and phone calls later) only to discover that the color selected was no longer available. The company sent me one email attachment of a new color which was awful and hard to see on the computer and didn't even bother sending me a set of actual fabric samples for what was in stock.
